Meth Lab

Bedford Police were called Monday morning with reports of a strange smell coming from a resident’s garage.Once police got to the home, at 25-16 Sanders Lane, they determined the smell was coming from a a meth lab.According to Colonel Dan Kirk, police arrested five people in the case.

Officers brought in a special unit of the Indiana State Police to dismantle the lab. Meth labs produce toxic fumes and can even explode. Police found two children at the home and called Child Protective Services. A doctor checked the children and they were released to their grandparents.
