Justice Shepard to Give State of the Judiciary Wednesday

Indiana Supreme Court Chief Justice Randall T. Shepard will give his 24th State of the Judiciary.

The State of the Judiciary will be given to Indiana lawmakers Wednesday.

Indiana Supreme Court Chief Justice Randall T. Shepard will give his 24th State of the Judiciary tomorrow to Indiana lawmakers at the statehouse at 2:30 PM.

According to the Court’s office, Shepard’s speech will focus on how the judicial branch diagnoses problems and works people to find solutions to those problems. Shepard will highlight the work done to handle the foreclosure crisis, improvements to trial court technology and remark on criminal sentencing issues contained in the Council of State Governments Justice Reinvestment Report.
