The members of Sugarland gave depositions about the state fair stage collapse, but those have not been made public.

A stage collapsed at the Indiana State Fair Saturday prior to a performance by the country music duo Sugarland.

A judge is expected to rule next week on whether to release all of the state fair stage collapse depositions given by the band Sugarland. The judge will also likely rule on a motion to slap everyone involved in the case with a pre-trial gag order.

At a hearing yesterday, an attorney for some of the victims of the stage collapse argued that the full testimony given by band members Jennifer Nettles and Kristian Bush should be released to the public. An attorney for the victims, says the testimony needs to be made public to counteract what he calls Sugarland‘s “publicity and spin” machine.
