The Indiana University men’s baseball team will play in Bart Kaufman Field, its new stadium, for the first time Wednesday. The game also marks the team’s first home game as it hosts Miami of Ohio.
Beginning their pre-season in February, the Hoosiers have competed in the Big East/Big Ten Championship and the Russ Matt Central Florida Invitational. Going into Wednesday’s game, they have a record of 14-3.
Conference play for the Hoosiers began Tuesday as they defeated the Miami of Ohio RedHawks on the road 11-2. The RedHawks now have an overall record of 7-9.
Wednesday’s game is scheduled to begin at 4 p.m.
