Irsay was arrested Sunday night driving in Carmel.

Prosecutors postponed a scheduled court hearing Tuesday at the request of Indianapolis Colts owner Jim Irsay’s lawyers.

Irsay has checked himself into an out of state drug treatment facility, and his lawyers asked to reschedule the court date for after he is done with the program.

Irsay was arrested last week in Carmel for suspicion of driving while intoxicated and possession of prescription drugs not prescribed to him.

Formal charges haven’t been filed and the NFL has not announced any disciplinary actions.
