Indiana University, Bloomington Partner For E-Waste Event

The university is collecting electronic wastes Saturday, May 12.

Volunteers help collect electronic waste in Indiana University's Memorial Stadium parking lot.

Indiana University is holding an electronic recycling event this weekend.

Individuals, organizations and businesses are invited to drop off old computers or other electronic equipment for disposal.  The equipment will be re-furbished and donated to non-profit organizations.

The City of Bloomington is co-sponsoring the event for the first time

Electronics can be dropped off Saturday between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. at the Purple Parking lot north of Memorial Stadium.
