Former Indiana University point guard Yogi Ferrell is finding success with the Dallas Mavericks, a team owned by fellow Indiana University alumnus Marc Cuban. Ferrell signed a 10 game contract with the NBA team, and the Mavericks have won both games he’s played in so far.

On Sunday, Ferrell started against the San Antonio Spurs. He made two free throws to give Dallas a 105-101 lead with 7.3 seconds remaining.

The following day, Ferrell scored a career-high 19 points and beat the Cleveland Cavaliers.

The Mavericks will play again tonight 8:30 pm against the Philadelphia 76es.
