The University of Notre Dame was ranked at 22nd as the only Indiana school in the national universities categories to make the list.
The U.S. News and World Report releases its annual ranking for schools in four different categories.
“The best value” compares the value of the school’s academic quality with its cost for tuition. Notre Dame was the only Indiana school in the national universities category.
Indiana is among 12 states in the Midwest regional categories. Schools ranking in the Midwest region were: Valparaiso University, University of Evansville, Butler University, Indiana Wesleyan University, Manchester College, Franklin College, Taylor University, St. Joseph‘s College and Huntington University.
