Secretary of State Charlie White still faces criminal charges of theft and voter fraud.
A scheduled hearing Tuesday could decide how long Indiana Secretary of State Charlie White can keep his job. A Marion County judge ruled last month that White is ineligible to hold office. White appealed and the judge agreed to hear arguments over whether the Secretary of State‘s removal should be postponed until the appeal process is finished.
