E-Biofuels In Middletown Indicted For Selling Regular Fuel

The e-biofuel company was running a scam where it used regular oil and sold it under the assumption of being biofuel.

The US Attorney General exposed Indiana biofuel company E-biofuel for selling regular oil.

Evansville company E-biofuels and its CEO Jeffery Wilson are in legal trouble for selling 35 million gallons of fuel that wasn’t really 100% bio fuel. US Attorney Joe Hogsett says the conspiracy cost Indiana millions, making it the biggest bust in the state.

“They were simply buying fuel from other sources, using the processing plant as a front and then scamming the consumers,” Hogsett said.

Charges including wire and securities fraud, money laundering, and two grand jury indictments all make up a case that took years to investigate and became conspiracy related charges yesterday.
