Congressman Joe Donnelly says he won't receive payment for the weeks the government was shutdown.

Indiana Democratic Congressman Joe Donnelly says he is not keeping the money he was paid during the 16-day federal government shutdown. Donnelly earned about 5 thousand dollars. He says he is donating that money to ten food banks across the state.
