A proposed wheel tax that failed in the Bartholomew County Council recently highlights the county’s dwindling ability to maintain its roads. As WFIU’s Daniel Robison reports, the issue isn’t just about potholes, but also the county’s economic future.
Daniel started as WFIU's Assistant News Director in July 2008. He graduated with a B.A. in history in 2007 and earned an M.A. in journalism two years later.
