A new judge is sitting on the bench at the Indiana Supreme Court. Swearing-in ceremonies were held Monday for Judge Steve David. He says he is honored to begin his tenure on the state’s highest court.
“Your respect towards each other, respect towards the profession and the value you place on civility and professionalism is beyond reproach.”
David comes to the State Supreme Court by way of the Boone County Court. Governor Mitch Daniels chose David to succeed Justice Theodore Boehm who retired at the end of September.
