    Wait a minute,

Andrew Cuomo has 73 percent approval
Mitch Daniels has 63 percent approval
Chris Christie has 54 percent approval

How is Governor ranked 3rd and Christie ranked 2nd?

    Am I missing something??

You both are right. The article is not clear. The Washington Post story took more into account than approval ratings. Here is the original story.  http://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/the-fix/post/the-nations-10-most-popular-governors–and-why/2012/04/11/gIQA9dlzAT_blog.html
