Cold Front To Bring 2 To 3 More Inches Of Snow

Roads will become slick and snow covered later tonight.

A fast moving cold front will sweep across the state tonight bringing more snowfall and gusty winds.

Forecasters at the National Weather Service say two to three inches of snow is expected tonight, with some areas seeing higher amounts. A winter weather advisory is in effect until 10 a.m. Saturday.

Blowing and drifting snow is possible causing difficult travel conditions.

Saturday’s forecast calls for temperatures to rise to 26 degrees by 9 a.m., then falling to 14 during the remainder of the day. Wind chill values could drop to -2.

Highs on Sunday are predicted to reach 34, but with a 50 percent chance of snow.
