Indiana Excise Officers arrested 14 people for selling counterfeit items.

Indiana Excise Officers arrested 14 people Wednesday morning for the sale of counterfeit items at the Brookville flea market. Officers conducted a month-long investigation and found fake items were being sold at the flea market held at White’s Sale Barn in Brookville. Excise officers seized thousands of items, including DVDs, shoes, jackets, sunglasses, pro sports jerseys, and other items. All 14 people face felony charges of counterfeiting. Police say fraud charges could also be filed.
