The 25,600 square foot bookstore and cafe is closing after about 16 years in Eastland Plaza.
Today was the last day for Borders in Bloomington. The 25,600 square foot bookstore and cafe is closing after about 16 years in Eastland Plaza. Borders spokesperson Mary Davis based in Ann Arbor, Michigan said every year each store is reviewed on a case by case basis, and the Bloomington store was one of a number across the nation that was not meeting their criteria to stay open.
