The owner of Billie Creek Village near Rockville has three days to consider some weekend bids on the property that were given during an auction.
Charlie Cooper is already saying he does not want to divide the property. He says the land needs to be kept together. The three combined bids total $550,000.
Cooper is still optimistic that an individual or group of investors will buy the Civil War-era village in one piece. About 100 people attended the auction on Saturday which took place during the annual Parke County Covered Bridge Festival.
