Distinctive visual imagery keeps turning up throughout Bloomington. Boldly-outlined, iconic figures, on richly-decorated or brightly-colored surfaces grace the gates to the new playground at Bryan Park, as well as WTIU’s Friday Zone set, and, in three dimensional form, the B-line Trail. On a smaller scale, mixed-media mosaics by the artists of Stone Belt are getting increasing exposure in local galleries and restaurants.
