Indiana Attorney General Greg Zoeller is freezing the assets of three West Terre Haute town officials.

The ongoing investigation into the theft of funds from the West Terre Haute water utility has led to sanctions against three town officials. Restraining orders have been issued against West Terre Haute Clerk-Treasurer Melody Buchanan, Deputy Clerk-Treasurer Vickie Ashburn and Utility Clerk Jody Roach. Attorney General Greg Zoeller has also frozen each person’s assets as the investigation progresses.
