Education funding, environmental regulation, and immigration were among the issues debated Monday by the candidates running for the 4th District Congressional seat.
But, most issues discussed by Republican Todd Rokita, Democrat Tara Nelson, and Libertarian Benjamin Gehlhausen came back to how to make the economy better and create jobs.
