An afternoon hearing will be the first in the case of one of the youngest murder defendants in recent memory.

A 2 p.m. hearing at the Morgan County Courthouse will be the first in the case of an accused 11-year-old murderer.
The 11-year-old Martinsville boy accused of shooting his brother, 6, will make his first court appearance today. The initial court hearing will be held at 2 p.m. today at the Morgan County Courthouse. He faces charges of murder and criminal recklessness after he allegedly shot his brother, Andrew Frye, last Thursday.
