Terre Haute Mayor Duke Bennett discusses the impact of recent flooding on residents of Terre Haute and its surrounding communities. He also addresses the construction of the new sewage treatment plant, which when completed, should eliminate the smell that has been permeating the city. The Mayor also remarks on railroad initiatives to stimulate economic development, without ignoring the potential traffic and noise problems posed by trains.
