Mayor Kruzan says sharing office resources and sharing staff between departments are ways the city will get more efficient over the next few years.
The city of Bloomington will have to become more efficient. That’s the message from its mayor, Mark Kruzan, to the city council and to department heads during this week’s budget hearings. But what “efficient” means is a matter of whose definition you use, Kruzan says on this month’s Ask the Mayor.
