Bloomington Mayor Mark Kruzan talks about the recent heavy rains and the delays these caused in city street repairs.
He also discussed the changes in plans for a downtown technology park that was to have been a joint project of Indiana University and the City of Bloomington. Due to changes at IU this plan has been effectively been and moved to a location at 10th and the bypass.
The mayor also spends considerable time discussing housing plans for the downtown area.
