On this month’s edition of IN Focus we look at why election results were slowed to a crawl, due to hand-counting of ballots in Monroe County. Many pointed to the long standing dispute over vote centers as the reason. But concerns have been raised about how rural counties would adopt vote centers, and whether the model is centralized to polling stations.
