Earth Eats is partnering with WTIU Public Television’s children’s series The Friday Zone to empower kids to make healthy choices when choosing a snack. Food blogger and mom Heather Tallman prepares kid-friendly recipes with the help of Felix.
- 3 cups vanilla non fat frozen yogurt
- 1 cup low fat milk
- 1/2 cup thawed frozen grape juice concentrate
- 1 1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- Place frozen yogurt, milk, grape juice and lemon juice in a blender. Pulse to combine.
