Low fat frozen yogurt thickens this banana and strawberry smoothie.

Banana Berry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup low fat vanilla frozen yogurt
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 1/2 cup light cranberry juice

Cooking Directions

  1. Place all items in a blender. Run for one minute or until smooth.
  2. Pour and serve.
