On this week's program, two recipes from two chefs both using persimmons:

It's other-worldly to me in a way that I can't really describe. It's super earthy but also sweet and complex. I honestly feel like a Greek goddess when I eat them a little bit, like I should be wearing a little crown.

That's Lisa Dorazewski of Rainbow Bakery. Persimmons -- taste great, make you feel special, but man are they hard to turn into donut glaze! She describes the trial and error that went into developing their Peppered Persimmon Donuts.
