Patricia Eddy never planned to end up a locavore. She and her husband John, owners of Cook Local, just started doing more and more of their shopping at the local farmers’ markets. The fruits, vegetables, meats, and cheeses they found there just tasted better. Soon they were only setting foot in the grocery store for olive oil, salt, and local beer and wine. Patricia and John eat seasonally and offer recipes, local food commentary, and farmers’ market information daily at CookLocal.com.
