Volunteers in Medicine provides primary and preventative care to adults without health insurance.

“(Volunteers in Medicine) was put together by a large group of people, local medical leaders, physicians, community leaders, realizing that there was a healthcare problem in this area. That there were a lot of people who were not getting their healthcare needs met, and really needed a home where they could get medical care.”
