Episode 132 – Discussing Slapsticon with Richard M. Roberts

On this week’s episode, we’re interviewing Richard M. Roberts, the organizer of Slapsticon, about the event coming up June 27th-30th. Slapsticon celebrates rare and obscure comedy from the early silent and sound film era. The event will be hosted at the IU Cinema this year.

Jason and I start off by announcing what films will be playing this weekend, and then we go right into the interview.

Richard talked to us over the phone and gave us a great overview of the event, and discussed several of the films. As I say in the episode, hearing him discuss the It’s going to be a great event.
