Episode 84 – Previewing The Summer Movies Of 2012

On this week’s episode, we’re talking about all the summer movies coming up with Sean Connolly, our Hollywood insider. We cover which movies we’re really excited about, which we’re not interested in, and which ones we’re curious about. We’re spending a lot of time on The Avengers (WARNING: Avengers Spoilers Ahead!), and questioning Adam Sandler and Tim Burton.

But first we get to What Have You Seen Lately. The main thing that everyone has seen is The Avengers, and we  spend a lot of time talking about it. If you haven’t seen it, be aware that we talk fairly openly about it.

We then get into our discussion with a long talk about Battleship and how Hollywood is using branded properties to market their films. We’re talking about a lot of the movies coming out this summer, and some of our favorites might surprise you. It’s always fun getting Sean’s perspective on the way these films are marketed to us, so enjoy the episode!
