The King's Singers Fall For The Great American Songbook

the group

The King's Singers began in 1968, as two counter tenors, a tenor a baritone and a bass six chapel singers at King's Collegewho were a little tired of simply singing the same sacred pieces over and over and wanted to try something different

Over the years many singers have come and gone from the group each with a special musical story to tell. For this tour they offer up jazzy versions of favorite tunes by Rodgers & Hart, Irving Berlin and Indiana's own Cole Porter.
