Kitt got her tongue: Rene Marie channels the legendary singer and performer on her latest release.

On this latest “What’s New” edition of Afterglow you’ll hear the only hit song ever penned by a U.S. vice-president, the tune that helped songwriter Dave Frishberg eventually break into the biz, and music from a young up-and-coming vibraphonist (Warren Wolf) and a veteran (clarinetist and saxophonist Ken Peplowski).
