WFIU Is Second Most Licensed Station on PRX

(Bloomington, IN) – April 27, 2011 – WFIU was America’s second most licensed radio station in the PRX 2010 Zeitfunk awards. In first place was WXPN in Philadelphia. WFIU placed immediately ahead of stations that serve the Cleveland, New York City, and Cincinnati markets.

Additionally, WFIU’s longtime science program, A Moment of Science, finished in the top ten in the Most Licensed Series category.
