Indiana Public Media (WFIU-Radio and WTIU-TV) will air Indiana Superintendent of Public Instruction, Dr. Tony Bennett’s first-ever State of Education Address.
Indiana Public Media, in association with Indiana Public Broadcasting Stations and the Indiana Department of Education are pleased to present Dr. Tony Bennett’s first-ever State of Education Address.
WFIU-Radio and broadcast the address on Monday, August 23 at 7pm.
WTIU-TV will broadcast the address on Wednesday, August 25 at 6:30 pm.
The speech will address the Dr. Bennett will discuss the past and future of Education in the Hoosier state.
“I am excited to partner with IPBS to present Indiana’s inaugural State of Education speech,” said Bennett. “This speech is all about the importance of putting Hoosier students first. While I will share some thoughts on the past and present status of education in Indiana, I will primarily focus on where it needs to be if we are to deliver equal educational opportunities to all Hoosier students.”
