Ask the Mayor, WFIU’s weekly program that gives you direct access to four local mayors by email, phone, and Twitter, is completing its first series of live roadshows. This time, we’re visiting the newest town to join the program … Greencastle!
Mayor Sue Murray will join host Stan Jastrzebski for an hour on Monday, October 1, at 5:30 at The Swizzle Stick Bar and Almost Home Restaurant on the Greencastle town square … and you’re invited to drop by, bring your questions and comments, and Ask the Mayor in person!
It’s a kind of town hall meeting in a casual atmosphere. We’ll be broadcasting the best half-hour of the conversation on Wednesday the 3rd at the program’s usual time of noon.
New to Ask the Mayor? The show focuses on issues facing communities in central Indiana. Everything from potholes to tax policy gets covered in 30-minute interviews, usually broadcast live, with the mayors of Greencastle, Terre Haute, Kokomo, and Bloomington.
