Columbus' distinctive ice cream parlor and restaurant, Zaharakos, will be the scene of our August 1 taping of Ask the Mayor.
Ask the Mayor, the WFIU program that allows you to call in with questions to the mayors of four cities in the listening area, once again is hitting the road!
On Monday, August 1, at noon, join host Stan Jastrzebski, Columbus Mayor Fred Armstrong, and your fellow citizens upstairs at Zaharakos, 329 Washington St. (Google Maps link here). It will be a one-hour “town hall meeting” that we’ll record live. Then we’ll select a half-hour for rebroadcast that Wednesday, August 3, at the usual time of noon.
WFIU, public radio for southern and central Indiana, is at 100.7 FM in Columbus.
