Click and Clack, the "Tappet Brothers," are stepping away from the mic after a quarter-century on NPR.
Tom and Ray Magliozzi announced in a blog post today that they will soon be entering retirement — or, as they referred to it, “Time to get even lazier!”
Production of new Car Talk broadcasts will cease in October.
WFIU sends our very best wishes to Tom and Ray with gratitude for 25 years of great (grate?) radio. You, too, can send along your thoughts via their blog.
NPR and its member stations are discussing what, indeed, will follow the “end of an error,” and WFIU will be in touch soon with our listeners as well.
