We Want To Hear Your Stories
WITU will host a call-out meeting for members of the local community to share their stories about how Bloomington has grown and changed over the last seventy years. The event takes place on Wednesday, October 10 at the Bloomington Historical Society, located on 202 East Sixth Street, from 7pm to 9pm.
Everyone who has stories, pictures or quirky memories to share about how the Bloomington they knew then differs from the city they know today is encouraged to come and share. Stories are being collected for an upcoming WTIU documentary scheduled for release in August 2013, called Bloomington: Remember When.
Join WTIU for a trip down memory lane as we catalog the personal stories and experiences of what makes Bloomington great.
If you’re unable to make it to this event, we still want to hear your stories. Send us an E-mail at wtiu@indiana.edu and place “Bloomington: Remember When” in the subject line.
